Building the list
Three screenshots, one list
Most people pay through at least two systems without ever thinking about it.
Where to look
The banking app usually holds the card-based ones. The App Store or Google Play holds anything bought through a phone. PayPal holds the leftovers, and e-mail receipts cover the rest. Screenshot whichever apply.
What gets read
Service name, amount, billing cycle. The AI reads them out of each image, and the entries from different sources land in the same list rather than three separate ones.
What you fix
Anything misread. Prices change, cycles get confused, and some rows aren't subscriptions at all. Editing an entry updates the totals immediately.
What happens next
The list becomes a schedule: reminders one to three days before each charge, and a separate warning before a trial converts. For anything you drop, cancel instructions for that provider.
